”All living organisms are mortal, even we the humans. But in the time we stay alive, we strive to be healthy. There are numerous suggestions available on how to stay healthy both from experts as well as every adult. Health Business is massive and is growing rapidly and involves both physical and mental health of a person. In the name of Health, products have infiltrated every aspect of human life (food, gym, meditation, etc.).
Humans have evolved for thousands of years and have adapted to different environments. In each environment, individual humans have found indigenous ways to stay healthy. Since we stay in different environments, each individual person is different and so are their requirements for their body. There can never be a same solution for everyone for healthy living. But in modern times, businesses are trying through various mass media, to project solutions that they say applies to everyone, which is nonsense. The food and cosmetics industry use words like "clean", "pure" and "natural" to portray their products as being both good for the planet and people's health. People who have little knowledge of health will fall prey to various advertisements in media.
I think “the overall health of an individual is in their Brain”.
If one listens to their inner self and act accordingly, they will be healthy. Our brain tells us what we need for our body through our well developed senses. Our digestive system is evolved to absorb the required nutrition and discard the rest. So, eat anything what you like (not forced) and be physically active. Don’t abuse your body by taking unnecessary drugs and avoid taking medicine as much as possible.
Many Diseases Begins in the Gut. The beautiful thing about gut health is that it’s very responsive to nutrition and lifestyle interventions. If you want to develop immunity, expose yourself to various environments and collect as many germs as possible. As they say, “if children play in mud and get exposed to the environment, they will be strong and healthy in their adult life”.

“Eating is not just about satisfying an appetite, but about appreciating, with all your senses, what is put before you.” (I am talking here about people who have enough to eat. Sensory joy and hunger do not go together.)
There is a proverb in Kannada language which means “One who knows how to talk will have no fights and one who knows what to eat will have no sickness”.
Modern Medicine and Hospital treatments have grown tremendously and have been of great benefits to human health, but one should use them only when necessary, because we already have natural cure to many diseases and ailments.
